What this site is
The site describes my work and links to the businesses I run. Each of those has its own terms. The Nora demo line, (816) 683-2229, is a demonstration of an AI receptionist.
AI assistant and recording
The demo line is answered by Nora, an AI. Calls are recorded and transcribed. Nora can make mistakes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or service to send spam, or to build, buy or enrich lists for spam;
- send false information, or information about someone else without their permission;
- send automated or bulk submissions, scrape the site, or try to get around spam checks or rate limits;
- probe, overload or attack the site or service;
- use it for anything unlawful, harassing or misleading.
I may block submissions, suspend service or remove access that breaks these rules.
No guaranteed results
Content is provided as is, for information only. The site is provided "as is" except for the promises written in these terms and any signed proposal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. My total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve it by email and a call within 30 days.
Changes and other terms
I may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. If any part is not enforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without my written consent.
